These charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control. Dispatch within 24 hours
Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 12 p.m. and within 24 hours* when placed after 12 p.m. Orders placed at weekends and on bank holidays are dispatched within 48 hours*.
Returns Within 30 Days
We want you to love your purchase. If needed, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
For hygiene reasons, opened items that cannot be resealed (such as maternity or nursing pillows) cannot be returned.
Returns for Sets
As our products are designed as complete systems, returns or exchanges must include the full set in perfect condition and original packaging. Partial returns are not accepted unless previously approved by our customer care team.
